Four things shape your quote

No two agencies are set up the same way, so we do not publish a rate card. After your demo you get a written quote built from these.

01

Headcount

How many owners, managers, agents and ops staff will sign in.

02

Rollout

The whole hierarchy at once, or a branch first and the rest after.

03

Setup

Carriers, grids, positions and how much of your book we migrate.

04

Your floor

Dialer seats, numbers and the states you call into.

Example hierarchy. Your quote is built around the people you bring on.

  • The owner can name one admin as billing owner.
  • Coverage changes ask for a fresh two-factor check and land in the activity log.
  • Admins see texting and AI usage by member each cycle, with budget alerts.

From demo to your first deal

Vora is set up for each agency, so it starts with a demo, not a credit card form.

Questions owners ask before they switch

Why is there no price on this page?

Every agency is set up differently: headcount, how the hierarchy rolls out, how much of the book we migrate and how big the dialer floor is. We price around that, and you get a written quote after your demo.

Are there feature tiers?

No. Every seat has every part of Vora: commissions, the dialer, leads, texting, AI, reporting and the client portal.

Will texting, calling or AI show up as extra charges?

No. Text segments, call minutes and AI requests are metered so admins can see usage by member, with budget alerts, and they are not billed separately.

Can we start with part of the agency?

Yes. An agency subscription can cover every member or chosen branches, meaning a member and their downline. Add the rest when you are ready.

Can we bring our existing book?

Yes. Policies, clients and carrier reports are imported from CSV or XLSX, and we run the migration with you during onboarding.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Admins can export the Book of Business, scoreboard, activity log, dialer reports and report calendar to CSV, and exports ask for a fresh two-factor check.

How is client data protected?

Every record is isolated to your agency by Postgres row-level security. Sensitive details are masked unless a role needs them, two-factor is required for admins or everyone, and every change is recorded.

Do producers need their own carrier contracts?

Contracting stays between your agency and its carriers. Vora runs the requests: carrier contract requests with SureLC groups, level changes and upline changes, each with approvals.
