Close the spreadsheet. The commission math is already done.
Vora calculates what every deal should pay, for the writing agent and every level above, then matches the carrier statement against it line by line.

Two ways to spend Sunday night
Every agency owner knows the first column. The second is the same week, with Vora doing the math.
11:48pm
Sunday night, the old way
9:00am
Monday morning, with Vora
- Download four carrier statements, each in its own format.Expected pay was calculated the moment each deal posted.
- Paste them into last month's spreadsheet and fix the columns.Upload the statements; lines match to policies with live progress.
- Work out every override by hand, level by level.Every override traces back to the grid and the position.
- Find the chargeback after the agent has spent the advance.Projected chargebacks sit on the policy before they land.
- Answer three texts asking why a check was short.Agents see the same number you do, so nobody texts.
Build a spread
Set the premium and the levels. Every share, first-year amount and advance follows.
The same math runs on every posted deal in Vora. The agent sees their line, the manager sees theirs, and the owner sees the whole spread, all from one calculation.
| Level | Share | First year | Advance (9/12) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Writing agent | $1,440.00 | $1,080.00 | |
| Upline manager | $540.00 | $405.00 | |
| Agency owner | $360.00 | $270.00 | |
| Whole hierarchy | $2,340.00 | $1,755.00 |
Writing agent advance $1,080.00. Whole hierarchy advance $1,755.00.
Example grid with the owner at 130%. Your grid, positions and advance rules come from your carrier contracts.
Expected, received and paid out, on one page
The commissions screen in Vora, as an agency owner sees it. Scroll and each part lights up.

Every commission dollar, right across the hierarchy
Vora calculates expected pay for every deal and every level above it, tracks advances and chargebacks, and matches carrier statements against what you were owed.
01
Expected pay, exact to the cent
Each posted policy produces its advance and remaining tranches for the writing agent and every upline, from your commission grid and each person's position. The math is shared by every screen, so the agent, the manager and the owner see the same number.
02
Spreads and overrides you can trace
Open the spread drawer on any deal to see who earns what and why: grid level, position, field trainer splits and commission partner shares. Nothing is a black box.
03
Debt before it surprises anyone
When a policy lapses inside its advance period, Vora projects the chargeback and ties it to the policy. Carrier debt, agent debt, carrier balances and debt-to-production ratio sit on one page.
04
Statements in, matched lines out
Upload policy reports, commission statements and debt reports. Vora parses, matches and applies them with live progress, and sends anything it cannot match to the right agent to resolve.

For agency owners
Know what you owe, and what you are owed, before the carrier says so
Send us your grid and your carriers. We load them, check the spreads against a recent statement with you, and hand you the keys.
