Every lead cleaned, scrubbed and handed to someone licensed to call it
Vendors post into Vora by API. Your team drops in a CSV or XLSX. Either way, each lead is validated, checked for do-not-call and consent, and routed only to agents licensed in its state.

The Monday lead file
- A spreadsheet emailed around the office.
- Agents cherry-pick the good states.
- Nobody knows which numbers were scrubbed.
On Vora
- One import, mapped once, cleaned on the way in.
- Handed out in turn, only to licensed agents.
- Every lead carries its consent and its calling window.

Clean leads to licensed agents, automatically
Import lead files or receive them by API. Vora cleans each one, scrubs it against do-not-call and consent, and hands it only to agents licensed in the lead's state.
Import that cleans as it goes
Upload CSV or XLSX and map the columns. Vora validates phone numbers, sets the time zone, removes duplicates, scrubs do-not-call and checks consent before a single lead is assigned.
Routing by license
Leads are handed out in turn, weighted as you choose, and only to agents whose NIPR licensing covers the lead's state. When an agent is deactivated, their leads are redistributed.
Vendor API
Lead vendors post straight into Vora through the inbound leads endpoint, so new leads arrive cleaned and routed without a spreadsheet in between.
From lead to deal
Every lead has a record with its call history, notes and summaries. Bulk reassign, export, or convert a lead to a deal when the sale closes.
- CSV and XLSX import with column mapping
- Phone validation and time zones
- DNC scrub and consent check
- Licensed-state routing from NIPR
- Weighted round-robin assignment
