What to do first, in order. The documentation covers every step in full.
- 1Book a demo. We set up your carriers, commission grid, positions and hierarchy with you.
- 2Choose your two-factor policy: admins only, or everyone.
- 3Invite your team, or share your agency join code.
- 4Connect Discord, outbound webhooks or a lead vendor under Settings, then Integrations.
- 5Upload your first carrier statement and watch expected pay meet received pay.

Common questions
The ones our own producers and admins ask most.
I lost my phone and cannot get a two-factor code.
Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up two-factor. If you have none, ask your agency admin to reset your two-factor, then set it up again on your new phone.
Why can I not see a client's full details?
Vora masks sensitive details by default and shows them to the people whose role needs them. The writing agent and their uplines see the record; other agents do not. Your admin controls the rest.
A deal will not post. What is wrong?
Post a Deal checks the commission grid and the writing agent's position before it posts. The message on the review step says which one is missing, and your admin can fix it in Settings.
My expected commission looks wrong.
Open the deal's spread drawer. It shows the premium, your position's rate, the advance months and the formula behind every figure, so you can see exactly which input to question.
Why will the dialer not call a lead?
Each lead says why under Callable now?: outside the lead's calling hours, no consent on file, or on a do-not-call list. The dialer waits for the window or for consent.
How do I change my upline or my position?
Send a request from Requests. Your upline reviews it, and the hierarchy changes when it is approved.
Still stuck?
Your agency admin can fix most account questions. For anything else, the Vora team answers directly.
