What it does in Vora
- Reads the PDB Detail Report PDF a producer downloads from nipr.com
- Puts licensed states and carrier appointments on file, marked Verified from your NIPR report with the date
- Feeds licensed-state lead routing, so leads only go to agents licensed in the lead's state
- Lets the agency check licensing when a deal is posted

The producer adds their NPN to their profile.

On nipr.com they look up their record and download the PDB Detail Report.

They upload the PDF to Vora (up to 10 MB). Vora reads it and loads their states.
Guardrails
What Vora holds back, checks or refuses, so this connection never becomes the weak point.
- A file that is not a PDB Detail Report is refused with a plain message.
- Licenses show as Not verified by a NIPR report yet until a report is on file.
